Expanding on the popular design of the original H-8, the H-8 SE adds new flexibility for users needing to experiment with a greater variety of amidites and reagents.

Designed for complex, high quality synthesis, the H-8 SE is an ideal addition to any research or oligo production facility.

20 amidite bottle positions are now available, along with 10 reagent positions.

The H-8 SE still comes with all of the features of its predecessor, including trityl monitoring, mixed backbone capability, degenerates, and manual amidite coupling for costly bases.

Cycle times are still kept to a minimum (3 – 3½ minutes for all 8 columns), and reagent consumption is as cost efficient as ever.

As always, the K&A line is backed by a year long warranty guaranteeing 99% coupling efficiency.
